Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one win92 Account. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where win92 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts, and withhold associated winnings pending review.

• KYC verification has not been completed;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win92's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win92 Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

win92 shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from Force Majeure events; or
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit win92's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

However, win92 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend access to the Platform or specific services for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. win92 will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods wherever possible via the Platform's notification system.

win92 shall not be liable for any losses — including voided bets or missed betting opportunities — arising from planned or unplanned Platform downtime. Where a bet is accepted but cannot be settled due to a Platform failure, win92 will investigate and settle the bet on the basis of the available data at the time of the failure.

win92 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, win92 will notify registered users via email or a prominent Platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Where win92 is required to make an immediate amendment for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, no advance notice period may be possible.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which win92 holds its operating licence. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
